AEMG are looking to further expand their Consultancy Department by employing an Arboricultural Consultant. AEMG’s consultancy department is growing rapidly, developing a reputation for delivering high quality services in a wide variety of areas.
As one of our Consultants you will deliver a wide variety of services including condition surveys and associated reports. Decay detection reports using our Picus3, TreeTronic3 and Resistograph drill. De-compaction works and root investigation using our Air-spade. Plant health surveys for new Pest and diseases. Climbing inspections for condition assessments and Bat habitat scoping surveys. Veteran tree management reports. Home buyers tree reports. Woodland management plans. Development site tree surveys with associated reports.
Salary dependent on experience and qualifications. Company vehicle and mobile phone provided (pension scheme offered to all employees)
We are looking for candidates holding a minimum QCF Level 4 Qualification in Arboriculture or above, with 2 years’ experience of surveying trees, and preferably with the following qualifications and skills
- LANTRA Professional Tree Inspector
- ICF Chartered Arboriculturalist or working toward Chartered status
- Experience of tree management software and GIS
We have a diverse range of clients and operate throughout the UK. Your workload will be dependent on experience and skills however relevant training will be provided and it is envisaged that you will in time progress through the department as your experience and competency increases.
